an Appointment Online Our team works a rotating schedule, Monday through Friday. While our calendar shows the days we are available for patient care, we see our patient/guests by appointment only, so some days and times may already be scheduled. Our Treatment Coordinator, Teri Ballard, is always happy to assist you with finding an appointment to meet your specific needs. Or, if it would be more convenient for you, request an appointment online and we will email an appointment confirmation.
